Our Step-by-Step Bespoke Wedding Ring Process

Our free bespoke design service is a relaxed service with no pressure or obligation to proceed at any point!

Step 1: Initial Consultation:

The process begins with an initial relaxed design consultation. During this meeting, we take
the time to gain an understanding of your ideas and vision to ensure that not only will your
wedding ring be designed to compliment your engagement ring, but we’ll also make sure
that our design is perfectly tailored for you and your requirements. Our wed-to-fit service also
ensures that your wedding ring is created to fit your engagement ring perfectly.

Step 2: Design Concept

Based on the information gathered during the initial consultation, we will create a design for
you. This can include sketches, digital renderings, even a 3D wax model of the piece,
providing you with a visual and tangible representation of your bespoke wedding ring.
Feedback is encouraged at this stage to ensure the design aligns with your expectations, if
any further tweaks or changes are required before the piece has been finalised, these will be
free of charge. Along with the agreed design, we will provide you with an exact price for you
to consider, you will still be under no obligation to proceed.

Step 3: Casting

With your new bespoke wedding ring design and price approved, the casting process
begins. Your chosen high-grade metal is melted and poured into a mould, taking shape of
your design. This step requires a high level of skill to ensure the metal is evenly distributed,
resulting in a flawless foundation for your bespoke wedding ring.

Step 4: Setting The Stones

Whether you would like us to source new precious stones or if you have family heirlooms
that you would like to include in your wedding ring, our expert gemstone setter will
meticulously place and secure your chosen gemstone’s. This step demands precision and
extreme attention to detail, ensuring that each stone is aligned perfectly and securely in its
designated place.

Step 5: Polishing and Finishing:

Your jewellery then undergoes a series of polishing and hand finishing processes. These
techniques enhance the lustre of the metal and bring out the brilliance of the stones. Your
wedding ring begins to take its final form, showcasing the craftsmanship that goes into every
detail.

Step 6: Presentation – (This is our favourite part!)

Your finished bespoke wedding ring is then presented to you in a beautiful eco friendly box.
This marks the culmination of the collaborative journey, with you now possessing a unique
wedding ring that tells your personal story and will stay with you throughout the rest of your
story.
